DIRECTIONS: Use morning and night

* Shake well

* Apply a small amount to damp facial skin in a circular motion (massage into skin for 10 seconds) avoid eyes 

* Rinse thoroughly and pat dry

Or,

* Apply a small amount to damp facial skin in a circular motion for 10 seconds and lay a damp warm/hot wash towel over face for 15 seconds

* Rinse thoroughly and pat dry

* Follow with a healthy toner and moisturizer (see below)
