Mia Botanica Organic, Mature Skin Day Cream is a nourishing cream that contains many beneficial oils, vitamins, enzymes and essential fatty acids necessary for restoring lost elasticity and moisture. Hydrolyzed Hemp Protein contains high levels of EFAs and all nine amino acids, it is used for brightening, providing oxygen to the epidermis, aiding in moisture retention and boosting elasticity. Hemp also contains many more essential nutrients that balance the skin, giving an even tone with less redness and blotches. Hyaluronic Acid has lasting effects by drawing moisture to the skin and enables the skin to retain it so, it won't look or feel thirsty. Squalane boosts hydration, fights free radicals and the damaging effects of the sun, which contribute to fine lines and wrinkles. Squalane also naturally detoxifies and with regular use, can boost collagen production. Aging skin is more delicate therefore, we've formulated a blend of ingredients to help kickstart the production of key elements in the skin's system that have slowed down due to the aging process. To ensure aging skin gets optimal absorption, we've incorporated Niacinamide a.k.a. Vitamin B3, an extremely important ingredient in facial skin care that you shouldn't live without. It has been shown to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, age spots, damaged skin and acne and can increase moisture retention. Niacinamide is one of the best treatments for dark, under-eye circles, as it is known to decrease hyperpigmentation of the skin and negative effects of the sun's harmful rays. Niacinamide can also increase collagen production and all around strengthen and protect skin from external elements. Also, with Hyaluronic Acid, which has the ability to help the skin draw and retain maximum moisture, leaving the skin visibly plumper with less signs of aging.
