🌿 Our Scalp Detox Scrub provides the scalp with a healthy dose of lauric, glycolic and fatty acids along with probiotics, therapeutic herbs and essential oils. We've replaced the popular chemicals used in treating scalp problems with their powerful, natural counterpart. For example, many prescription scalp treatments contain harsh forms of glycolic and salicylic acids, sulfates and coal tar (a known carcinogen) and more. All of these ingredients are considered harmful and aside from their health side effects, they may actually cause scalp irritation and hair loss!
Our mission was to find safe and effective replacements like cane sugar, willow bark ("nature's aspirin"), gentle cleansers/exfoliators, probiotics and beneficial oils . These carefully chosen ingredients are to slough away dead skin, promote circulation and hair growth, while ridding the scalp of excess yeast, (which can be found on the scalp causing dry, itchy skin). This scrub contains many anti bacterial and anti fungal properties, all of which are safe and natural. All ingredients work together to clarify the scalp of pore clogging impurities, allowing moisture from the included humectants to penetrate and revitalize the follicles.
Other contributors to scalp problems: Dihydrotestosterone or DHT a hormone that, if levels are too high, can cause hair loss. Using herbal DHT blockers topically is an effective way to keep the scalp healthy. Of course, other factors like diet/lack of proper nutrients (common: zinc, D, iron, magnesium, biotin), high stress levels and lack of exercise also contribute to elevated DHT in the body. DIRECTIONS: Use 1 -2 x a week
* Super easy, can be done while you shower. Make parts in the hair as best as you can and apply to damp scalp as soon as you get into the shower, scrub and leave on while you wash/bathe then, rinse well.
Or, if you have more time:
* Apply to scalp and gently scrub 1-2 minutes
* Cover with a shower cap and apply a warm towel on top (opt) for 10-15 minutes
* Rinse well and follow with one of our Hair Masks or Conditioners (if needed), style as usual

🌿 Dandruff Relief / Hair Growth Serum
Upon much research, we've compiled a list of long-tested, proven ingredients, (without the dangerous, harsh chemicals that do more harm than good), to provide relief from intense scalp-related issues and discomfort. Our formula, with a powerful herbal complex, can help purify, clarify and de-stress the inflamed skin/scalp. These potent ingredients can also allow the pH to regulate and return the essential moisture that has been lost, block DHT, heal damaged follicles and encourage new, healthy hair growth.
Studies have shown that with regular use of our chosen oils, the number of healthy follicles increased and may help to promote the body's ability to grow hair more rapidly. Some research showed that specifically, peppermint and rosemary oils promote more hair growth than topical medications such as Minoxidil, (a strong, prescribed medication) but without the negative side-effects! Our other oils like cedarwood and oregano promote hair growth and reduce hair loss by balancing the oil-producing glands and increasing circulation in the scalp. It is the overproduction of oil that causes bacterial, yeast and fungal growth that may be clogging pores and inhibiting growth. DIRECTIONS: Suggested use: 2 - 3x per week
* Either, put a few drops on fingertips or part hair and apply drops directly to the scalp and massage into entire scalp
* Either leave on overnight (allow to dry) or apply and leave on 30 minutes (opt. wrap with a damp, warm towel or cap)
* Wash and style hair as usual
