Conventional shampoos are harsh-detergent-based, modern day, chemical cocktails containing things you wouldn’t want on your head/in your eyes. These harsh-detergent-based shampoos are coating the hair and clogging the follicles with chemical residue, instead of really cleaning, this adds weight and build-up and may be causing hair loss or hindering new growth at the least. Our shampoo bars are gentler, contain all the good stuff and do not contain harmful, unnecessary ingredients! With the lack of harmful chemicals, fillers and preservatives in our bars, expect to rebalance and see the health of your hair and scalp change for the better, you may even stop hair loss!
Our Organic Coconut Milk Shampoo Bar is emollient and loaded with follicle-loving lauric acid and many more fortifying nutrients. With many essential fatty acids, it has extreme moisturizing benefits and can gently cleanse the scalp and hair without drying and causing breakage. With natural conditioning effects, it leaves hair with a smooth shaft hence, a shinier, neater appearance. Suitable for all hair and skin types and is gentler on color-treated, bleached and damaged hair than conventional shampoos.
Our Coconut Milk Shampoo Bar has a wonderful lather and is scented with only Vanilla and Orange essential oils.
Most conventional shampoos contain harsh detergents which are usually in the form of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate aka SLS (it is also called other names so, it can be in products without our knowing). These shampoos strip the hair/scalp of its natural oils, thus, causing the scalp to produce more oils to compensate for the loss, which makes it necessary to wash more, in turn, use more shampoo! SLS is a dreadful chemical used to create the foaming action that occurs while washing. It is also used in many other body care products including soaps, mouthwashes and toothpastes. It is known to cause a host of health problems including cancer, organ toxicity and endocrine disruption.
