A "No Brainer!" What's wrong with fluoride? More like, What isn't wrong with fluoride!!!


Fluoride is one of the most toxic substances we knowingly use daily! Unfortunately, we also receive untold amounts of it daily in our water supply too!


It doesn't take a large amount of fluoride to see its damaging effects. In studies 0.5 μmol/L (10 μg/L) A unit of measure defined as 10-6 (one-millionth) of a mole, has been shown to cause biochemical changes in brain cells. Therefore, fluoride is known to cross the Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB). This means it is adulterating the functioning of the organ and affecting its cells, (on a micron level).


More and more, findings are showing fluoride introduces toxicity and causes dysfunction of all of our other organs too, like kidneys, liver and gut microbiome, subsequently affecting digestive functions and the immune system.

Fluoride also crosses the Placental Barrier and can be a danger to neonatal brain development and cause damage to brain tissue!  It impairs intelligence development in children/adolescents.

Additionally, many health problems like Arthritis/bone fractures and brain damaging diseases like Alzheimer's, MS, Epilepsy, Stroke, cognitive impairment in children and more, have been extensively studied and linked to fluoride exposure.

Fluoride is stored in the pineal and pituitary glands, located in the brain, which are responsible for many functions including glucose tolerance, quelling inflammation, melatonin production, memory and learning, to name a few.

This in turn, also directly affects oral/dental/gingival health, ironically!


Can the Blood-Brain Barrier be restored?


Fortunately, there are some steps that can be taken to restore the integrity of the BBB.


The first and most obvious, would be to eliminate fluoride from daily use. Now that the information and vast amount of studies available are proving the use of fluoride to be toxic and hazardous, the development/discovery of a safe form of calcium has given us the ability to replace and even surpass any positive effects fluoride was believed to impart. In this case, the bad effects of fluoride seriously outweigh the good!

The use of a Calcium Hydroxyapatite toothpaste would be the best option for oral care, to keep the teeth strong, hard and protected.


The second, a drinking water filtration system, to keep unknown amounts of fluoride and other pharmaceuticals/contaminants from being consumed and absorbed.


The third, taking a few key supplements including B complex, have been shown to reduce the toxic effects in which the barrier has undergone.


It's easy to see that fluoride use, ingestion and absorption affects every aspect of human health. What more proof is needed to keep fluoride-containing products off the shelves? We just don't need it and there are safer alternatives!

Clearly, it's up to us as consumers to educate ourselves and to set healthier, safer standards for our families!
